To assist the marketing executive in follow up phone calls.
To market the company's products and services to the potential clients in the industry.
To report to the marketing manager.
Cold callings, outbound calls to generate sales pipeline
Manage and update the non-active database, details and other relevant information
Meets pre-established individual sales goals and daily call targets.
Maximizes sales opportunities by using the Company’s current customer database and create new prospects for qualified leads outside our database.
Maintains and grows each customer’s portfolio by identifying, recommending & promoting our software solutions.
To deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of the investment products
To able to do initial web demo of the software to prospective customers.
Completes required general reporting as per established guidelines; completes required sales activity and pipeline reporting as per established guidelines.
Must have communications skills and be able to present complex technology in a positive manner
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Achieve sales targets through telemarketing and pitching new prospects.
Research and build a prospect database owned by the company and finding new prospect
To be able to build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone
To promote and market financial and banking products to customers
To be able to achieve sales targets in the required timeline
Comprehensive training is provided
Customer database is furnished
Responsible for consistently delivering good customer service to the client’s existing and potential customers.
Responding to enquiries relating to products & services provided by the client.
Logging all calls using tracking tools.
Trouble shooting login problems and sourcing for solution.
Responsible for the daily management of invoice processing, bill payment and ordering function.
Ensuring completeness and accurancy of all exception handling.
Working with customer data and ensuring all disputes are followed through and reach a logical state of conclusion.
Familiar with TEM technologies such as Rivermine, Tangoe etc.
Must be able to generate report,exception handling routines and dispute management ruotines to file and manage claims with the service providers.
Must be detail oriented, and understand interpretation of carrier invoices and the data that being transmitted.
Be a focal point for existing team members on business process and application queries or issues.
Monitor the problem and change process and manages problem and change issues and alerts as needed.
Continually train and educate any new (and existing) team members on business processes and application where required.
SPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
At least 1 year working experience in sales (preferably Telemarketing)
Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Self driven, positive minded and result oriented
Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
