To assist Call Centre Manager to manage the Call Centre functions.
T manage and motivate the Call Centre Consultants; including performance management, and recognition of duties.
To serve as the lead customer service contact for the company, including: answering questions, welcoming and other communications.
To act as a liaison between the Call Centre Department and all other Marketing departments, communicating relevant information to the staff as needed.
To assist Call Center Manager to develop and implements Call Centre policies and procedures.
To manage all aspects of the Call Centre department and lead generation process.
To achieve targets of Consultations setting through Call Centre activities.
Minimum SPM/STPM
1 or 2 years of comprehensive experience in tele marketing, customer service, banking, insurance or call center are highly desirable.
Excellent communications skills in English both verbal and written with good telephone manners.
Persuasive, influential and persistent
Self driven, result oriented individual with desire to make money
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Working within the Sales & Marketing teams to develop competitive intelligence data sources.
Manage relationships with this network in collaboration with marketing teams.
Develop further, feed and manage competitive intelligence tools (database, website watchers, etc).
Promote the use of Competitive Intelligence data to inform pricing, marketing and strategy decisions.
Share relevant competitive information with the appropriate audiences through the organization.
Carry specific competitive company analysis at the request of executive management.
Support Internal Communications Manager on specific actions.
To assist the marketing executive in follow up phone calls.
To market the company's products and services to the potential clients in the industry.
To report to the marketing manager.
Cold callings, outbound calls to generate sales pipeline
Manage and update the non-active database, details and other relevant information
Meets pre-established individual sales goals and daily call targets.
Maximizes sales opportunities by using the Company’s current customer database and create new prospects for qualified leads outside our database.
Maintains and grows each customer’s portfolio by identifying, recommending & promoting our software solutions.
To deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of the investment products
To able to do initial web demo of the software to prospective customers.
Completes required general reporting as per established guidelines; completes required sales activity and pipeline reporting as per established guidelines.
Must have communications skills and be able to present complex technology in a positive manner
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Achieve sales targets through telemarketing and pitching new prospects.
Research and build a prospect database owned by the company and finding new prospect
To be able to build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone
To promote and market financial and banking products to customers
To be able to achieve sales targets in the required timeline
