To manage and supervise the receiving, picking, packing and outgoing operation. To ensure all orders are  picked and despatch on time.
To ensure & supervise all orders are picked timely and accurately;
To ensure the agreed  all  operation processes and procedures are strictly adhered
To do stock count as per schedule;
To plan picking activity accordingly against truck arrival timing to avoid congestion on the staging area;
To work with customer service team in ensuring pick list are released on timely manner ;

Liaise with production and store department pertaining to all incoming and outgoing process
Monitoring logistics and shipping documentation process.
Play an active role in managing all processes involved in a supply chain including transportation, distribution and warehousing management.
Ensuring structures such as transportation, stock control and warehousing are in place to monitor flow of goods and materials. Monitoring quality, cost accuracy and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
Coordinating and controlling order cycle and manage effectively the stock levels, delivery times, cost targets and performance levels.

Oversees the work duties and performance of the Material Handlers.
Verifies materials loading or unloading with accurate recording and reporting of figures.
Experience managing process improvements, reducing waste and monitoring results.
Confers with department supervisors to coordinate flow of materials.

To assist Admin Executive with Procurement/Purchasing and Logistics activities
Timely placing orders on materials in accordance to demand to meet project schedule
Support and assist in expediting delivery of purchases to meet project schedule
Able to visit warehouse to check and monitor incoming and outgoing inventories
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Certificate/Diploma will be an advantage
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is required
Computer literate in MS Office/Excel/Words

Handling the company's requirements in shipping and land transportation for local and export deliveries
Preparing all shipping documets (e.g.invoices, delivery orders,etc) and other documents for tax exemption submission, custom submission and clearance
Liaise with local and overseas customer on deliveries and shipment
Perform monthly LMW reporting as per LMW standards
Coordinate with the production and store pertaining to export requirements
Liaise with the government bodies (e.g.Custom Dept, MITI, FMM etc)

Develop and maintain accurate, detailed project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
Identify and manage project risks, track projects to successful completion.
Communicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholders.
Establish and maintain good working relationship with customer.
Provide leadership to project team.
Maintain project documentation.
Provide hands-on analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post implementation support.
