To handle shipping documentations, paper works and shipment operations related tasks
To provide administrative supports, run errands and coordinate the operational requirements between marketing, supply chain service providers and supplies.
 Perform data entry / info updating into shipping operational system
Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and maintaining economical and efficient transportation services for the company.
Understand and deliver agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Take corrective action on any delivery failures.
Ensure compliance with all legislation relating to transport activities and maintain awareness of all relevant transport legislation
Identify actions and opportunities to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and improve levels of service to the customer – both internal and external.
Ensure effective forward planning of labor and resources through interface with planning function. Analyze reports, review activity and resource to ensure the transport plan is in line with warehouse volumes and throughput.
Manpower planning and management including day and night shift planning and overtime and weekend work where required
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Shipping Lines is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Port Klang.
Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
A full-time position available.
To provide strategic leadership & directions for assigned divisions of a facility.
To lead & manage company's s logistics operations site including monitoring & achievement of Operation Key Performance Index & responsible for overall performance.
To review & manage Revenue & Expense of operations including Continuous monitoring of expenses & accurate application of revenue.
To manage & develop the entire operation team which include: Staff training plan, Recruitment of operations staff, Staff development activity & efficient communication between inter-departments.
To drive Lean Warehousing System and ISO 9001 QMS compliance.
To formulate & implements policies that improve present operations procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT SPM LEVEL 
FAMILIAR WITH ACCOUNTAND BILLING OPERATE SYSTEM 
MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE RELATED FIELD FOR THE SMILIAR POSITION 
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN JOHOR
To plan & monitor materials to meet delivery schedules.
To prepare monthly purchase records.
To source, analyze quotations, negotiate best prices, payment terms with suppliers and to advice management accordingly.
Perform administrative function such as issuance and checking of Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, Inventories & etc.
Follow up with suppliers/vendors to ensure meeting the required delivery dates.
