FAMILIAR WITH ACCOUNTAND BILLING OPERATE SYSTEM 
MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE RELATED FIELD FOR THE SMILIAR POSITION 
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN JOHOR

To plan & monitor materials to meet delivery schedules.
To prepare monthly purchase records.
To source, analyze quotations, negotiate best prices, payment terms with suppliers and to advice management accordingly.
Perform administrative function such as issuance and checking of Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, Inventories & etc.
Follow up with suppliers/vendors to ensure meeting the required delivery dates.

Perform materials planning, purchasing and ensure timely delivery of materials to operations.
Monitor and ensure an optimization of inventory turn on his respective commodities.
Manage suppliers capacity and capability so as to ensure a consistent supply of quality products.
Liaise and coordinate on MDR of rejected components for vendors corrective action and prompt returned of rejects.
Buy competitively and negotiate with suppliers to meet the aggressive cost objectives.
Coordinate with Product Engineering Group and suppliers on drawing matters, specifications and any Engineering Change.
Carry out quality assurance with QC and Engineering personnel on on-site audit, spec conformance, vendor evaluation activities.

To ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the warehouse & local distribution operations.
To ensure that Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards meet requirement.
Managing stock inventory.
Managing warehouse staff.
To supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to meet our customer service level and our delivery order KPIs.

Plan and direct production activities for assigned products to ensure products are made efficiently and timely.
Set Production requirements, follow and expedite assigned product through the entire process.
Plan production commitments including work-in-progress to meet shipment dates.
Track incoming material status and identify and track WIP status.
Track Sub Contractor delivery schedule.
Draw up schedule of work which is agreed with the Process owners. The schedule should contain details like machine used, human resources and time required to do the job. The master schedule must be drawn to establish time limits and sequences of process operations.
