You will be responsible for business development sales/product application support to existing & prospective customers in your sales area. This job is predominantly field based, although there is about 1 day per week set aside for reporting, appointment setting & other office based work
Spearheading sales and marketing plans and efforts to develop long-term client relationships
Promoting company’s print products, services and solutions
Responsible for making sales quotations and solution proposals to clients
Strategizing pitches and identify new opportunities for new accounts, expanding clientele and growing existing business
Liaising closely with internal and external parties in conceptualizing and executing of print projects
Presentation of designs and artwork to clients
Minimum SPM with at least 1-2 years’ working experience in Sales & Marketing.
Good written and communication skills in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Those who are able to converse in Chinese dialects would have an added advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
To manage and maintain the development team
To develop detailed design, test plan, coding and unit testing
Consistently deliver assignments adhering to functional specifications, quality standards and project schedules
An expert in identifying and understanding problems and opportunities. This includes the ability to articulate the needs that are associated with the key problem to be solved or opportunity to be realized.
Performing presentation and demonstrating the Educational Material / games to potential customers.
Providing pre-sales assistance and product education / training to customers.
Participate in Exhibition/roadshow/Fair sales promotion activities.
Meeting sales target and sales KPI
Building product and corporate awareness in the market and promote sales.
Conduct selling in specific counters.
Responsible for maximizing sales and revenue
Provide feedback and analysis on market competition and pricing.
Participate and execution of sales and marketing plans
To report to  Sales Manager.
Responsible for achieving revenue growth and profitability target
Develop, establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers/subsidiaries and ensure timely collections of revenue
Monitor and evaluate existing product performance, recommend and execute appropriate pricing and distribution straregies to echieve the desired sales and profit results
Prepare forecast of future sales, expansion plan and product diversification
To ensure the  product meet customers expectation ( quality, quantity, accessibllility, timeliness ).
Responsible for leading and motivating the sales team in meeting sales target
