    Install and maintain MiMOSA software in coordination with Manila and mission’s IT, including user management, maintaining look up tables, back-up of the database and other tasks
    Study MiMOSA documentation, user guide, release notes and other materials, prepare training materials and educate medical MiMOSA users in the mission
    Provide support to medical MiMOSA users in the mission, collect MiMOSA end-users requirements and forward to MiMOSA technical team
    Perform routine information technology tasks on the server side (check log files, backup database, create/delete users)
Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board with valid Annual Practising Certificate
Recent working experiences in any of these areas : Medical, Surgical, Operating Theatre, ICU/CCU, CSSD, endoscopy or radiology is an added advantage
Able to communicate in Mandarin or other chinese dialects will also an added advantage

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Medical Science or equivalent.

Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.

Ensure safety & health system compliance with government regulation and requirement and responsible for the implementation of an effective Occupational Safety and Health Management plan.
Formulate and develop OSH strategies and initiatives that are in line with company vision, mission and objectives.

This position is for newcomers as well as candidates with some years of experience, e.g. in sales in the medical field, or from a nursing background.

An ability to converse with senior as well as junior surgeons, nurses and other staffs in the hospital will help to do the work well.
An ability and desire to acquire medical knowledge is absolutely essential for the success in this position.
Apart from promoting to and servicing customers, the work also involves attending surgeries and supporting the use of our products in these surgeries.
Since surgeries are scheduled to meet the patient's bests needs, working within normal business hours cannot be garanteed at all times.
Working successfully in the operating theatre field requires a mindset of professionalism, dedication and empathy to the requirements of patients and surgeons.

Overall responsible for the employee's health needs and programmes
Responsible for providing and administering medical care to plant's employees
In charge of overall medical administration including in-house clinic, panel clinics, tracking of bills and diagnosis
Continuously work towards a preventative health care program
Responsible for the completion and update of canteen audits
Will be required to take on Employee Relations functions such as counseling, floor time feedback, grievance handling and information dissemination
