      Provides secretarial and administrative support to top management such as
      Schedules, coordinates and takes minutes for meetings
      Handles mails and correspondenses
      Manages travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO and guests
To ensure the company complies to all Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and any other statutory requirements at all times.
Reporting of all Health & Safety statistics and monitor trends to ensure safety programs are pro-active
Develop & implement Safety Management System program
Administering Health & Safety injury records and reports.
Plan and disseminate continuous improvement program plan
To submit Health & Safety Monthly report to the Director of Operation / Assistant General Manager.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, ISO 18001 requirements and PFM standards.
Plan and manage OHS training and compliance.
Support management in their responsibilities for the wellbeing of PFM employees, contractors and visitors.
Promote OHS awareness and OHS culture including communication and dissemination of OHS information.
Provide advice on OHS policy, objective, standards and legal requirements.
Liaison with external parties regarding OHS, including government authorities, legislative bodies and industry groups.
Lead and organize the in house emergency response plan, crisis management structure and business continuity plans.
Promoting and selling medical devices/products to medical clinics,hospitals and government health care agencies.
Generating leads for our medical devices in and around Kuala Lumpur.
Maintain daily and weekly reports.
Updates database of clinics and hospitals.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, ISO 18001 requirements and PFM standards.
Plan and manage OHS training and compliance.
Support management in their responsibilities for the wellbeing of PFM employees, contractors and visitors.
Promote OHS awareness and OHS culture including communication and dissemination of OHS information.
Provide advice on OHS policy, objective, standards and legal requirements.
Liaison with external parties regarding OHS, including government authorities, legislative bodies and industry groups.

Maintain and improve customers' health by providing advice and information
Demonstrate knowledge of critical thinking, judgement and decision making in the provision of care
Counsel and advise customers on the treatment of minor ailments
Provide health check services
