Minimum SPM with at least 1-2 years’ working experience in Sales & Marketing.
Good written and communication skills in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Those who are able to converse in Chinese dialects would have an added advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Assist the General Manager / Sales & Marketing Director to Plan, Organize and coordinate the Sales & Marketing department and all aspects of sales & marketing support to the Company. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as management reporting, business planning, marketing plans, new market plans, new market penetration, customer relations, canvassing / developing new customers, market intelligence, achieving objectives, management reporting, business planning and any related business / sales / marketing initiatives, budgeting, forecasting.
Ensures that all sales & marketing activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
Amalgamate existing structures and resources to ensures efficient use of resources.
Close a minimum of 15 sales partnerships a month
Identify new businesses and activities to be featured, expanding the range of offers for our subscribers
Present Groupon as the unique opportunity for businesses to acquire new customers
Conduct a high volume of calls daily
Achieve and over exceed on weekly and monthly sales targets
Proactively seek out new opportunities
Understand Groupon business model, know key KPIs and be able to apply an intelligent sales pitc
To assist in system maintenance and technical documentation.
Responsible for documenting and tracking test results and ensuring system are fully tested before launch.
To support existing IT infrastructure including server administration, network operations and configuration, backup/recovery and database administration
To ensure that all information systems operate according to internal standards.
To liaise and attend meetings with project owner or person in charge to perform duties or solving issues.
Indentify new and follow up any potential business opportunities by being proactive in the market place.
Identify customers need and provide appropriate resources through liaison with clinical, technical and sales teams within Fresenius Medical Care.
Provide monthly report to Business Manager on all sales activities.
Responsible for maintaining and providing technical service and support to renal units/dialysis related equipment.
Identify business potential and new business opportunities.
Implement strategies to further develop key account and build goodwill with customers and distributors.
Provide overall market feedback, sales forecast and analysis.
Preparing documentation and technical support for presentation or product introduction to potential clients.
Liaise and co-ordinate with customers, consultants, sub-contractors on the requirement, contractual and technical matter.
Act as a team player committed to working in a quality environment with the ability to work independently and with all levels of management.
Responsible to manage the project and service contracts appropriately with all required documentation.
