Responsible in leading and managing the finance function including accounts, tax, treasury, management reporting and special finance projects.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and other regulatory requirements.
Providing financial expertise, insights and recommendations on financial matters.
Liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and local regulatory bodies.
Monitoring of financial planning, budgetary control, manage the cash-flow, working capital of the company and staff supervision.
Participating in ad-hoc analysis/special projects
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Accountancy.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred. Fresh graduates may also apply.
Applicants must be willing to work and stay in Tawau.

To assist in the development of learning materials, schemes of work as well as monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
Maintain professional relationships with all students and able to provide pastoral care and support to students.
To contribute to the departmental, school, faculty, working groups or committees as requested by the Head of Academic/Head of School/Dean.
To maintain own continuing professional development.

Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates various QS activities between tenders and projects in a cost effective way and be responsible for all projects assigned.
Responsible and ensure all interim claims, variation orders and contractual issues to be resolved on time.
To evaluate subcontractor’s bid and advise on competitiveness of price; and to monitor major cost elements of the projects as well as exercise timely completion of final account.
Liaise with clients, consultants and prepare presentation / proposal
Responsible for overall quality and management of major projects.
Oversee budget and ensure financial accountability in post contract management.
To lead and manage the project team and ensure effectiveness of the projects implementation.
Formulate marketing strategy and plan to exploit new business potential in line with Company’s vision and mission.
Established operating procedures and developed training program for continual improvement of the Company’s system and procedures.
