Responsible to carry out research, teaching and administration within the school/department scope.
To teach in the areas allocated by the Head of Academic/Head of School.

To assist in the development of learning materials, schemes of work as well as monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
Maintain professional relationships with all students and able to provide pastoral care and support to students.
To contribute to the departmental, school, faculty, working groups or committees as requested by the Head of Academic/Head of School/Dean.
To maintain own continuing professional development.

Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates various QS activities between tenders and projects in a cost effective way and be responsible for all projects assigned.
Responsible and ensure all interim claims, variation orders and contractual issues to be resolved on time.
To evaluate subcontractor’s bid and advise on competitiveness of price; and to monitor major cost elements of the projects as well as exercise timely completion of final account.
Liaise with clients, consultants and prepare presentation / proposal
Responsible for overall quality and management of major projects.
Oversee budget and ensure financial accountability in post contract management.
To lead and manage the project team and ensure effectiveness of the projects implementation.
Formulate marketing strategy and plan to exploit new business potential in line with Company’s vision and mission.
Established operating procedures and developed training program for continual improvement of the Company’s system and procedures.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Computer literate (AutoCad, Solid work, Inventor etc.).
Required language(s): English.
Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Fresh Graduates in Engineering courses are also encouraged to apply.
Occasional local and overseas travelling are required for this position.
3 Full-Time positions available.

Responsible for all accounts, finance and credit activities.
Accountable for the full spectrum of the accounts, finance and credit functions and related matters as well as corporate and statutory compliance.
Plan, Organize and Lead the accounts, finance and credit department and all aspect of accounts, finance and credit support to the company to achieve MD’s and / or EC’s mission and vision.
This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as statutory reporting, corporate governance, management reporting, business planning, risk management, credit and any related business initiatives, budgeting, forecasting.
Ensures that all accounts, finance and credit activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
Amalgamate existing structures and resources to ensure efficient use of resources and add value to the Company.
