The person will be handling the full spectrum of financial & accounting and costing activities. Responsible for production planning analysis as well as expediting incoming materials and inventory control.
Manage production schedule and arrangment until completion.
Material planning - manage and ensure supply of materials meet production requirements.
Source, evaluate, liaise with suppliers based on costs, quality, service, availability, reliability and selection variety.
Liaise with suppliers on incorrect orders and late deliveries.
Conducting regular supplier visit and audit.
Handle incoming delivery, issue purchase order and prepare delivery schedule.
Check on supplier's invoices, monitor supplier non-conformance delivery record.
Spearheading sales and marketing plans and efforts to develop long-term client relationships
Promoting company’s print products, services and solutions
Responsible for making sales quotations and solution proposals to clients
Strategizing pitches and identify new opportunities for new accounts, expanding clientele and growing existing business
Liaising closely with internal and external parties in conceptualizing and executing of print projects
Presentation of designs and artwork to clients
Pre-screen and evaluate loan / credit card applications
Verify customers’ information and ensure cycle time for application processing is practiced
To prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc report to management
To prepare quotation, proposal and tender submission for dealers;
Develop new customer and service existing customers;
Responsible to ensure sales objective and targets are met;
Pro-active in market feedback and able to react speedily to competitors activities;
Provide excellent customer service while attending to sales enquiries;
Solve customer problems and collect payment.
