To provide daily IT support for all activities of group subsidiaries.
To provide technical support to users for all PC hardware, software and associated peripherals.
To deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment.
To install and configure both the hardware and software to agreed standards under the IT policy.
To assist the IT Manager in development, implementation and administration of all IT.

Undertake the review and evaluation of opportunities for business growth by reviewing opportunities for new business venture, acquisitions, capital expenditure, collaboration, joint venture and other means of growth.
 
Assist in evaluating and enhancing the strategic business direction of the company including the opportunities for realignment and divestment.

Be involved in the activities from site
Preparing Eletrical concept design that meets customer requirements & expectations, design, process & safety guidelines
Performing electrical tolerance analysis and DFMEA
Performing electrical verification test per product specifications and writing test reports
Evaluates complex components and develops the necessary test procedures and fixtures to ensure compliance with the functional specifications

To manage and maintain the development team
To develop detailed design, test plan, coding and unit testing
Consistently deliver assignments adhering to functional specifications, quality standards and project schedules
An expert in identifying and understanding problems and opportunities. This includes the ability to articulate the needs that are associated with the key problem to be solved or opportunity to be realized.

Communicate plans, status, and issues to management.
Work with project teams and/or management in prioritizing requirements.
Play a major role in QA efforts on multiple and simultaneous projects which includes performing unit testing, system integration testing, user testing and regression testing.
Effectively integrate the QA engineering and analysis functions on all software development projects.
Conduct reviews to assess the degree to which application development projects achieve quality.
Provide consultation and facilitation regarding software quality assurance procedures and testing methods.
Test new programs, tools and techniques for acceptability, usability, works as documented and makes recommendations as necessary.
Create and maintains documentation for QA procedures.
Evaluate processes and coordinates with others to provide recommendations for standards, guidelines and procedures.

Develop application using PHP Langguage with MySQL databases with user interactiveness in HTML, Javascript / Jquery and CSS.
Pro-Active team player who not only listen to the leader, but able to suggest new ideas and express thoughts to the team.
Able to provide advise to team based on previous experiences.
Fast software development as we are using the Rapid Software Development or Agile Software Development methodology that requires software prototype to be develop every weeks.
