Responsible for data entry to maintain accurate records for payroll processing
Assist in all employees master data and salary administration
Analyze and compile HR reports
Liaison with statutory bodies on related issues and familiar with labor law
Assisting the HR manager in daily and monthly Corporate HR functions.
Handling all administrative duties and new join transition's process.
Assist in payroll calculations and tasks related to statutory contributions.
Responsible for Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matter.
• Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in supervision, ISO systems and Qlassic and Conquas quality control systems, planning and implementation of property development projects.
• Must be familiar with the overall development process and the relevant law and legislation governing property development and construction.
• Willing to travel and be stationed outstation for long period.
• Able to liaise and coordinate with consultants and authorities in all aspects of property development.
• Good leadership quality to lead a team of site personnel.
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure to meet tight project schedules.
Manage the entire recruitment process for all levels of staff in a timely manner with quality hires
Work closely with HR business partners if required, and hiring managers to develop and drive customized staff strategies
Provide the appropriate level of guidance, consultation and education for hiring of managers, the hiring process and best practices
Conduct pre-screening interviews and make appropriate recommendations on hiring decisions
Implement staffing policies, ensuring compliance with government labour legislation in Malaysia
Formulate and review existing job descriptions
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
In charge of employee orientation and on-boarding process for new staff
Prepare monthly recruitment & HR-related reports
Perform HR & other activities as assigned by the Management

The Human Resources & Admin. Exec/Manager will assist the Management in Human Resource functions and operations which include implementing Human Resource strategies and policies, managing day-to-day HR issues of employee relations, training and development programmes, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, and performance appraisals management as well as providing general administrative services to a high level of operational efficiency.

Result oriented, self starter and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, resourceful and hardworking.
Working experience of at least one year in similar capacity preferred.
Fresh graduates may apply.
Able to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin.
Posses own transport and willing to travel.
