You will be responsible for business development sales/product application support to existing & prospective customers in your sales area. This job is predominantly field based, although there is about 1 day per week set aside for reporting, appointment setting & other office based work

To assist the General Manager of Sales & Marketing in providing technical support to the team and clients.
To provide excellent customer service and technical ideas / expertise / benefits on product related matters to clients and to assist them to achieve their production target.
To assist in determining clients product specification and requirements.
To perform trial run at clients site to ensure product compliant.
To perform thorough investigation on all product complaint.
To conduct complaint meeting periodically to resolve clients product issues.

To prepare quotation, proposal and tender submission for dealers;
Develop new customer and service existing customers;
Responsible to ensure sales objective and targets are met;
Pro-active in market feedback and able to react speedily to competitors activities;
Provide excellent customer service while attending to sales enquiries;
Solve customer problems and collect payment.

capable to plan, execute and deliver RO/DI and wastewater projects within required deadline and budget
Liaise with DOE, consultant and customer pertaining to project progress
Site Supervision
Project Coordination, Reporting to Project Manager
Detailed Design, Troubleshooting and Testing & Commissioning
Able to work independently with little guidance

Be involved in the activities from site
Preparing Eletrical concept design that meets customer requirements & expectations, design, process & safety guidelines
Performing electrical tolerance analysis and DFMEA
Performing electrical verification test per product specifications and writing test reports
Evaluates complex components and develops the necessary test procedures and fixtures to ensure compliance with the functional specifications

Provide technical and product support to customers.
Conduct training to customers on product solutions and applications.
Product configuration in-house and commission on-site.
Performance of on-site installation, diagnoses trouble-shooting, service and repair of PLC systems.
Consultation regarding the application of products, technologies, manufacturing processes and industry – specific applications.
