• Minimum Master's degree in the relevant field of study

To provide high level support for the postgraduate admissions process, including acting as the first point of contact for initial enquiries, providing advice and support to applicants throughout the admission process, ensuring the quick and accurate processing, liaising with The Graduate Management School (University Partners), making preparations for induction, assisting faculties, representing the Division to any University admission events and International Office as necessary.
To provide support for all aspects of programme delivery including the production of timetables, preparation handbooks, preparation of module materials, evaluation, making exam arrangements, progress chasing on continuous assessment and producing results.

To assist teacher with materials and equipment set-up for all science labs
To monitor and update inventory
To replenish stock
To ensure science lab is tidy and equiped for classes

• Minimum Master degree in related field
• At least 3 years of related work experience. Those who possess teaching experience would be an added advantage
• IT literate with good communication and interpersonal skills
• To provide students with an appropriate, professional learning environment that supports academic, personal and professional success
• Possess a passion for teaching and is caring towards young adults
• Positive attitude towards work and people

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Secretarial or equivalent.

To provide monthly report on overall operations and physical condition of the common area of the Taylor’s Lakeside Campus and The Boardwalk Commercial Building;
To advise and recommend compliance with all regulations and by laws as per relevant legislation and local authorities;
To prepare monthly/yearly departmental budget.
