Degree in Civil Engineering. At least 8 years’ experience with at least 3 years in geotechnical works. Sound technical knowledge and analytical skills with a passion for site work. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Assist for project tender and prroject management. Site supervision and all related works. Supervision and monitoring internal / external staff and workers. Coordinate with main contractor & sub-contractor.

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field (preferably with a property developer) Good communication and planning skills and able to detect and resolve problems Work-oriented, proactive, dynamic, with strong eye for details.

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Familiar with planning and programming, construction technologies and processes Possess leadership qualities, good interpersonal, planning skills, dynamic with good problem-solving skills.

Translate business requirement into system design and specification. Responsible for the design of the application system and overall architecture design. Develop standards / framework for the deliverables.

Knowledge of M&E services will be an added advantage. Knowledge in Low-Rise or High Rise Construction and Civil Works. Jobs carried out are in accordance to the specifications and optimization of resources usage and meet technical quality and safety standard.
