Responsible for production planning analysis as well as expediting incoming materials and inventory control.

Source, evaluate, liaise with suppliers based on costs, quality, service, availability, reliability and selection variety.
Liaise with suppliers on incorrect orders and late deliveries.
Conducting regular supplier visit and audit.
Handle incoming delivery, issue purchase order and prepare delivery schedule.
Check on supplier's invoices, monitor supplier non-conformance delivery record.

Responsible for achieving revenue growth and profitability target
Develop, establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers/subsidiaries and ensure timely collections of revenue
Monitor and evaluate existing product performance, recommend and execute appropriate pricing and distribution straregies to echieve the desired sales and profit results
Prepare forecast of future sales, expansion plan and product diversification
To ensure the  product meet customers expectation ( quality, quantity, accessibllility, timeliness ).
Responsible for leading and motivating the sales team in meeting sales target

·         Develop creative online and direct-mailing marketing activities
·         Co-ordinate marketing communications such as advertisements, publications, events and trade directories
·         Co-ordinate press releases
·         Responsible for conceptualization, coordination, drafting of materials for all promotional flyers, posters, etc
·         Other administrative duties as required

Ensure the Daily Collection Advice (DCA) Reports attach with the bank slip and remittance advise.
Key in collection under Maybank bank in by customers.
Ensure that all Daily Collection Reports fax by Sales Executives are attached with bank slip before keying in the System.
Update all collection, contra & adjusments daily into Command Series.
Update refund of Over Payment into Command Series.
Ensure all the faulty entries are to void in the system.
Reconcile the payment collection with the bank statement.

To market and promote our product and services that includes IP Telephony, Data Network and Cloud Applications.
To assist in formulating marketing strategies to capture marketing awareness of our products and services.
To prepare quotations and negotiate with the customers if necessary.
To conduct presentation of the product if necessary.
To submit paperwork in the marketing progress.
Traveling is expected during making cold calls.
