Responsible to manage and maintain the HR Management System, including processing of payroll for total company (about 300 headcounts), submission of payroll related reports and ensure strict compliance to all statutory requirements
To participate in the planning, implementation & administration of programs. To develop, adjust and/or enhance payroll systems and procedures as required, due to changes in tax law, regulations & company’s pay policies / compensation initiatives
Manage and control the activities of payroll section including authorising/scheduling payroll runs
Direct and control the input of staff personal particulars to the HR system to ensure an accurate up-to-date record system

The applicant must have previous experience in using accounting software such as ACCPAC or MYOB. The job function will include checking and recording sales and transactions, preparing reports and updating stock records for two showrooms at Bangsar Shopping Centre. The applicant would be expected to use both ACCPAC and MYOB software (training can be provided).

In addition to your accounting responsibilities, you will partner closely with the business becoming involved in decision making, strategic pricing policies, inventory management and day-to-day profit maximization and budget planning.

To assist Finance & Operation Executive
To administrate and manage office operations smoothly.
To prepare monthly accounts, payroll and banking matters.
Coordinate with agent and forwarder on logistic matter.
Coordinate with Technical Department head on procurement & logistic matters.

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Willing to work shifts and long hours.
Responsible, good leadership and good interpersonal skills;
Computer literate.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
