Work closely with the Regional & Corporate offices in Jakarta on all accounts and financial matters. The incumbent will lead a small but dedicates finance team in Malaysia. The incumbent do play an ongoing role in the creation, execution and refinement of profitable financial strategies designed to maximize opportunities for J.CO DONUTS & COFFEE, while also ensuring excellence in the Companys day-to-day financial accounting, reporting, analytical and planning functions, as well as the integration of best practices.

Preference will be given to candidate who possess minimum LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Ability to handle full set of accounts, accounting administration and credit control
Detail, analytical, accurate, good with numbers, reporting and good organizational skills.
Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn. Displays lots of initiative.
Ability to manage and supervise work flow of subordinates
PC literate and possess hands-on experience in computerised accounting system
Position will be based in Jalan 222, Petaling Jaya

Managing company's finance, accounting and costing.
Responsible for statutory reporting, corporate governance, management reporting, financial planning, internal control, risk management, company's budget, forecasting and analysis for the company.
Participate in strategic business planning and provide financial guidance and advice on overall financial policy and tax planning.

Manage the cash position of the Institute and maintain proper accounting records.
Prepare financial reports for the Management and Board of Directors.
Plays an active role in the operations of the Institute.
Manage the Accounts Department.

To supervise and coordinate all the accounting activities of the assigned projects and/or functions including preparation of timely and accurate accounts and management reports.
To assist in formulating and implementing finance and accounting methods and procedures.
To assist in preparation of consolidated financial statements for internal and external reporting.
Ensure proper, recording, custody of cash /cheque collection and prompt reconciliation of bank accounts.

To manage a team of staffs and liaise with people at all levels in the Group
Fully responsible of accounts department, timely preparation of management reports, cash management, budgeting, forex and liaising with auditors and relevant authorities
Implementation of internal controls and process improvements within accounting & operation
Ensure compliances with Accounting Standards, statutory reporting and local authorities
Liaise with both internal and external parties including bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary
