Responsibilities:
Your role manages a team of individuals responsible for servicing our stable of clients and helping them execute their brand communication activities. Your task in to maintain your team as a profitable business unit by increasing client's transactions with us. You are someone driven, determined, meticulous & detailed, a people-person who can communicate at any level and someone not easily fazed by a sales quota. You are management material. You need to speak and write excellent English. You must have done your time (at least 3 years) in an advertising agency, and have had people work under you.
Requirements:
Management material with some experience managing a team.
At least 3 years in an advertising agency, otherwise you need not apply.
A people person who can communicate confidently with anyone, from clerks to CEOs.
Positive outlook & a never-say-die attitude.
Speak & write perfect English.
Have own transport & know way around.
