Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include: opening RMA requests for our customers, supplying replacement parts, answering basic technical questions and maintaining current data bases. Other duties involve supporting our regional logistics warehouse by, receiving shipments, preparing electronic boards for shipment to customers and providing shipping documentation. You will work closely with our vendors, customers and our Regional Service Manager and Field Engineers as well as our Corporate offices in Chicago, IL.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have earned an Associate’s Degree and possess a minimum of 3 years of related customer service or logistics experience.
To be successful in this challenging position, you will need to have strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize your individual workload, while working effectively in a team environment are also essential. Being detail oriented and having the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are also very important.
