Responsibilities:
To initiate, lead and manage local nationwide Marketing & Promotion campaigns
Manage and provide planning and initiating all ATL and BTL annual Marketing programmes
Manage budget and ROI on campaigns to meet targets
Oversee liason with suppliers / franchisees / potential partners for joint promotions
To co-ordinate and work closely with agents team to successfully implement Marketing projects

Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Public Relations or relevant qualifications
Have 3-4 years relevant work experience in Marketing / Marketing or PR with a good track record of achievements
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
Must have interest in retail / F & B and in tune with market trends
Possess high level of work efficiency and able to handle tight deadlines
Must have a creative flair, initiative and strong in follow-up skills
Good leadership skills and able to work in a team
Able to converse and write in Mandarin is an added advantage
Possess own transport and must be willing to travel within outlets.
