Responsibilities:
Oversees the Corporate Trustee Department and manage a team.
Drive business development and marketing plans for Structure Finance and Corporate Trustee Department.
Build, maintain and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
Lead the department's activities, including planning of projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in either Legal, Accountancy or Finance.
At least 8 years of working experience in the financial service industry (i.e. investment / commercial bank), of which minimum 3 years in managerial capacity. Those with corporate finance / capital market / treasury experience are also encouraged to apply.
Must be involved / have experience in the business development of the organisation / department.
Must have excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written).
Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including delivery and problem solving, and a team player.
Must be meticulous and has the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced working environment.
