Responsibilities:
Responsible for smooth operations of the restaurant
Plan and implement effective marketing and promotion strategies to achieve financial targets, as well as the successful selling of food and beverage options
Ensure optimum inventory supplies
Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
Effective management of employees

Requirements:
Candidates with 3 to 5 years relevant supervisory experience, preferably in 5-star Hotel or fine dining restaurant
