Responsibilities:
Responsible in leading and managing the finance function including accounts, tax, treasury, management reporting and special finance projects.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and other regulatory requirements.
Providing financial expertise, insights and recommendations on financial matters.
Liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and local regulatory bodies.
Monitoring of financial planning, budgetary control, manage the cash-flow, working capital of the company and staff supervision.
Participating in ad-hoc analysis/special projects

Requirements:
Professional accreditation with ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA or a good accounting degree.
With at least 5 years of working exposure and experience in financial and management reporting and audit experience in accountancy firms.
Prefer possess working experience with manufacturing company.
High level of integrity drives and result oriented. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
Competent in management reporting and operations system. Ability to work with all level of employees and management.
