Responsibilities:
Handling spare parts inventory order with Headquater
Liaison with forwarder on shipping matters
Preparing quotation, issuing invoices & delivery notes (using computerised system)
Filing & others administration works
Handling partially job scope on payroll/HR tasks
Handling daily transaction
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Preferably female junior executive with at least 2 year(s) of working experience in clerical/administrative support and book keeping is an added advantage for this position.
Applicants must be able to communicate in Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Applicants must be computer literate, particularly in MS. Office and MS. Word.
Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya & Bayan Lepas, Penang.
2 Full-Time positions available (1 in Petaling Jaya and 1 in Bayan Lepas).
