Responsibilities:
To run Production assembly of electronic connectors and oversee all plant operations matters related to Administration/Human Resources, Inventory, Quality Assurance and Shipping/ freight functions.
To assist in the start up of new Penang Plant.
Responsible for the day to day operations of Penang manufacturing plant and ensure meeting of certain Key Performance Indicators.
Production capacity planning and scheduling (Master Production Schedule, MPS), formulate of effective production strategies.
Establish policies and procedures for manufacturing operation’s effectiveness and efficiency.
Involve in staff/ manpower requirement and recruitment.
Liaison with LMW customs department and other government related department such as DOE, Labour Office, Bomba, JKKP and City Council.
Lead, motivate and provide development leadership to staff.
Responsible for plant security.
Responsible for the control and the monitoring of the quality objectives performance of the plant.
Lead and motivate staff to achieve high productivity and quality standards.
Experience/awareness of ISO9001 and / or ISO/TS 16949 will be advantages.
Liaison with our appointed carries such as UPS/ DHL and FedEx for finished goods shipment and as well as carriers performance evaluation.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, Manufacturing/ Quality engineering with many years experience in Production Management.
Entrepreneurial spirit with service-minded, team-oriented, result-orientedand good initiative with hands-on positive attitude to do many job-task.
Mature, proven strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking and strong analytical ability.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, good at dealing with ambiguous situation and changes, willing to take challenges.
Proven experience in managing a Production assembly plant with more than a hundred operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Applicants must be willing to work in Prai or Bukit Minyak.
