Responsibilities:
Responsible for Customer Support & able to handle customers' enquiries and requests promptly, accurately and professionally
To provide high levels of delivery update to customers and monitoring of sales contribution to meet company sales budget
To resolve customers' probelms or complaints by applying appropriate skills and escalate the case when neccessary
To provide feedback on customers' comments for continuous service improvement
Responsible for department reporting management
Responsible to assist Business Development Manager in business presentation
Responsible for department administration & reporting management and actively participating in Customer Relation Management

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): good analytical skills, result orientated, organized and committed to deadline, Innovative, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & challenging environment
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office application & Navision.
Good command of spoken and written English Language is preferable
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
