Responsibilities:

Assist the Complex Manager in planning and formulating a niche for the shopping complex

Achieve targets in marketing retail shop lots to potential business entities and provide supporting services to tenants to ensure good partnership achieved

Assist the Complex Marketing Manager in handling tenancy agreements and legal matters with tenants

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or equivalent.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Preferred language(s): Chinese.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
