Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be part of the Regional Talent Acquisition team. Excellent role for an experienced in-house recruiter to move into a large Regional TA team.
End-to-end recruitment process from job advertisement, sourcing, short-listing, interviewing to negotiating salary package and extending job offer
Managing all requisitions through company’s online applicant tracking system.
Liase with all HOD on all recruitment issues

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Business administration or it‘s equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant functions in manufacturing environment
Computer literate at least in Microsoft words, powerpoint or excel.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with all level
Good command in both language - Bahasa Malaysia and English.
