Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate staff.
Recruit, train and develop staff.
Plan, forecast and report on sales, costs and business performances, according to company requirement.
Plan and implement advertising and promotional strategy and activities.
Manage cash and payment system in accordance with company procedures and policies.
Plan and implement retail merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow to maximise sales, customer satisfaction, company image and appearance.
Manage selling and customer service activities and staff competence.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year working and management experience in retail industry.
Possess maturity in managing assigned retail outlet.
Pleasant personality with good communications and interpersonal skills.
Dynamic and tactful with good leadership.
Hands-on result-oriented to meet the operations goals.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Communicating, writing and reading in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
Able to work in a team environment.
Full-time and part-time sales available.
