Responsibilities:
To manage and lead a team of telesales personnel in meeting sales targets and other performance indicators.
To provide coaching and development for the team.
To collate and compile all sales reports on a daily basis.
To motivate and manage discipline for the team.
To recommend sales and process improvements to management.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma/Degree from any field.
Required language(s): English language.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
Preferably individual with team lead experience.
Having call centre experience would be advantageous.
