Responsibilities:
Responsible in handling customers' purchase order, forecast and product deliveries.
Able to work under minimum supervision, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
UBS Accounting/Stock Software knowledge.
Prepare Payroll incl EPF, SOCSO & LHDN.
Manage a proper filing system.
Responsible for any assigned general administrative functions
Requirements:
Applicants must be willing to work in SS24,PJ -SELANGOR & MALIM ,MELAKA.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese, English
Preferred Female applicant
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or Clerk.
