Responsibilities:
To provide strategic leadership & directions for assigned divisions of a facility.
To lead & manage company's s logistics operations site including monitoring & achievement of Operation Key Performance Index & responsible for overall performance.
To review & manage Revenue & Expense of operations including Continuous monitoring of expenses & accurate application of revenue.
To manage & develop the entire operation team which include: Staff training plan, Recruitment of operations staff, Staff development activity & efficient communication between inter-departments.
To drive Lean Warehousing System and ISO 9001 QMS compliance.
To formulate & implements policies that improve present operations procedures.

Requirements:
Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
8-10 year(s) of working experience with minimum 3 years 3PL working experience at management level.
Prior P&L responsibility for a US$15m business.
In depth knowledge of Warehousing & Supply chain modal.
Knowledge of targeted Industry Groups including Automotive, Hi-tech, Consumer & Industrial products.
Customer orientation, good people skills & able to work with people at all levels.
Good ability to analyze problems effectively & find best solutions.
