Working within the Sales & Marketing teams to develop competitive intelligence data sources.
Manage relationships with this network in collaboration with marketing teams.
Develop further, feed and manage competitive intelligence tools (database, website watchers, etc).
Promote the use of Competitive Intelligence data to inform pricing, marketing and strategy decisions.
Share relevant competitive information with the appropriate audiences through the organization.
Carry specific competitive company analysis at the request of executive management.
Support Internal Communications Manager on specific actions.

Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:
Handle in-bound sales enquiry
To perform out-bound sales calls
Work as a team with Business Development Executive to achieve team goals and target
Collection of overdue accounts

Requirements:
Computer literate with strong business acumen
Fresh graduate with outgoing personalities and good communication & interactive skills are encourage to apply as training will be provided
Customer Service / Telesales experience an advantage
