Responsibilities:
• Responsible in providing post implementation support and assistance to clients on daily queries.
• To attend incoming calls/messages, mail & email enquiries from customers.
• To build and maintain a relationship with our customers in a professional manner with an objective to fulfil their needs.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s):
Chinese, English & Malay
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome too!
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
• 3 Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably female, with or without working experience
• Able to speak Mandarin will be advantage
• Analytical, good planning and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently, fast learner, initiative and possess good interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality and speak well over the phone
• Possess good inter-personal skills with a pleasant, mature and outgoing personality
• Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Systematic, organized and a good team player
