Responsibilities:
Administer Siebel CRM solutions (Marketing and Loyalty) used by clients in multiple locations
Interact with end users and/or other technical personnel who support the solutions
Provide responsive support while utilizing global IT Service Management processes and tools
Maintain professional work ethics at all times and demonstrate integrity and maturity in handling confidential material and information

Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization/time management skills
1 – 2 years of hands-on experience with Siebel CRM Marketing and/or Loyalty v7.8 or higher (8.x preferred) on Windows and/or UNIX platforms
Working knowledge of relational database concepts, PL/SQL and development/administration using Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server DBMS
Experience with Oracle BI (OBIEE) is desirable
Basic knowledge of HTML, e-mail and SMS messaging
Strong command of English, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as a team
Commit to travel 25% internationally
Possess own transport as this position is based in Cyberjaya.
