Responsibilities:
• Performing and administrating all marketing related tasks and budgets of the company; Reporting to the Group Director.
• Provides support to the marketing manager and other colleagues.
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, regional, national and specialist   publications) or on the radio (depending on the organization and the campaign);
• Writing (and proofreading copy) and managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters and DVDs;
• Organizing photo shoots; liaising with designers and printing vendors;
• Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• Maintaining, analyzing and updating customer databases;
• Organizing, evaluating and attending events such as marketing campaigns, conferences, seminars, launches and exhibitions;
• Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups;
• Responsible for market analysis reporting and related activities;
• Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies and monitoring of competitors’ activities.
 
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess good Degree in Arts & Social Science / Mass Comm / Marketing Comm. / STPM / A-Levels or equivalent.
• At least min 3 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is a pre-requisite.
• Preferably male, age between 25 - 35 years old and possessed own transport.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and networking skill.
• Sound conceptual, analytical and organizational skills.
• Possessed strong IT skills.
• Team player and independent multi-tasker who is highly motivated and results oriented.
