Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Regional & Corporate offices in Jakarta on all accounts and financial matters. The incumbent will lead a small but dedicates finance team in Malaysia. The incumbent do play an ongoing role in the creation, execution and refinement of profitable financial strategies designed to maximize opportunities for J.CO DONUTS & COFFEE, while also ensuring excellence in the Companys day-to-day financial accounting, reporting, analytical and planning functions, as well as the integration of best practices.

Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a degree in Finance & Accounting, ACCA, CPA or others.
At least 3-4 years experience in F&B or retailing or similar industries.
Preferable female candidates.
Excellent command of written/spoken in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to speak effectively and persuasively to all levels of associates.
Proven ability to direct teams and manage both up and across cross-functionally on prioritizing, developing, executing, and measuring the impact of initiatives.
At least basic accounting background with hands-on experience in capital, fixed assets & depreciation, and basic P&L accounting.
Strategic thinking capacity.
Clear ability to team and lead across diverse groups of employees.
Proven ability to impact the bottom line.
Able to start work immediately.
