Responsibilities:
Prepare and update Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Prepare and update Master Schedule
Arrange to mobilize as per ISO procedures
Check all drawings (structural, architectural and M & E) and resolve any discrepancies with the relevant parties.
Prepare Daily Report
Prepare, implement and monitor short term schedules (weekly)
Plan and coordinate all work on site
Plan and order materials as per ISO procedures
Check delivery of all material as per Inspection and Test Plan
Arrange for the required QC tests
Conduct the required QC inspections as per Inspection and Test Plan and maintain the required records
Monitor usage and minimize wastage of material on site
Update and maintain the required quality records (refer to PQP)
Assist Project QS in sample submissions
Assist Project QS in assessment of subcontractor’s claim
Record and feedback any variations to Project QS.
Attend all office and site meetings unless otherwise instructed
Attend to all visitors to site – Client, Consultants, Authorities
Ensure that all parties on site adhere to safe work practices and proper housekeeping

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of taking off quantity
Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
