Responsibilities:
Familiar with taking off quantities, tender preparation, valuation, variation orders and final account
Well verse with contract administration matters
Able to manage independently building projects, liaising with client, consultants and contractors 
Must be disciplined, resourceful and result orientated

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in quantity surveying firm
Fluent in spoken and written English
Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status
Fluent in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words
Fluent in typing skills
Knowledge of Auto-Cad an added advantage 
Possess own transport
