Responsibilities:
To manage a team of staffs and liaise with people at all levels in the Group
Fully responsible of accounts department, timely preparation of management reports, cash management, budgeting, forex and liaising with auditors and relevant authorities
Implementation of internal controls and process improvements within accounting & operation
Ensure compliances with Accounting Standards, statutory reporting and local authorities
Liaise with both internal and external parties including bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accountancy and/or relevant professional qualification (CPA/CIMA/ACCA)
At least 5 years working experience in similar capacity
Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in ACCPAC accounting package in added advantage
Self motivated team player with strong problem solving and analytical skills
Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
Highly organized, with good attention to detail and follow-through
Committed, strong sense of urgency towards deadline
