Responsibilities:
Assist in managing assigned brand portfolio to drive brand share & sales through above & below the Line marketing activities.
Assist to effectively maximize budget against plan to build brand awareness & brand equity.
Execute promotional and sampling activities.
Participate in Catergory planning & assist to formulate Brand & AOP Plans.
Assist to drive growth of assigned portfolio & increase market share to achieve budget.
Assist to liaise with supplier & agencies to execute marketing activities which include ATL & BTL activities.
Manage A&P expenses with the agreed & approved budget.
Participate in alignment of quarterly promotion plans with Sales team & other relevant functional teams to ensure timely & effective execution.
Execute new product launches with readiness of relevant support materials
Develop effective POSM that will enhance brand's awareness & add value to promotions.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing or equivalent. Job role in Marketing Executive or Brand Management.
Good presentation skills would be an added advantage.
Possess good analytical skills and is achievement oriented.
Enthusiastic, team player and resourceful with good communication and interpersonal skills.
