Responsibilities:
Manage and review documentation for new leases, renewals, terminations and pre-termination.
Liaise with both internally (Destination Service Consultants), residential consultants, client HR staff, appointed contractors, landlords and agents for the day to day tenancy and property related issues.
Establish good landlord/tenant relationships on behalf of the client and company.
Educate Client HR contacts on tenancy issues and keeping them abreast of issues and solutions that arise such that they aren’t blindsided; and projects and reports as requested.
To work according to the requirements of the Company Quality System.
To report real and potential problems, as well as any unsatisfactory practices, to your manager for action.
Maintain the company Property Database.
Generate monthly reports on leasing activities for further actions to be taken by client and Company.
Participate in housing seminars where required to further knowledge of the housing market.
 
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in real estate, relocation or housing inventory.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must have a strong and passion for customer services with ability to build relationships, proven skills in project and service partner management are required.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Must be a team player and self-starter with initiative and drive.
