Responsibilities:
Main duty is to manage and handle on site technical service calls
Job nature involve on-site service calls, outsource & helpdesk support
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
If you are certified MCSE or CCNA holder will be added advantage.
