Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage, control, administer and establish guidelines for the Sales department.
Responsible to achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets.
Manage Media and communication.
Organize regular internal meetings and reports.
Implement various policies and procedures to complement the business.
Develop, implement and manage business plan to maximize sale.
To expand customer base as well as to serve existing clients.
Review and ensure that sales targets are met.
Lead, motivate and coach the operations team to achieve set targets and standards.
Ensure compliance to the policies and procedure set by the Company.
Able to develop sales and marketing strategies in order to further strengthen existing market capitalization and to develop new sales and marketing plans to venture and capture new markets.

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of hospitality relevant working experience, of which 3 years in managerial position.
Enthusiasm for the product and concern for the products image.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and a pace setter, resourceful and achievement oriented.
Sound business acumen with excellent analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
Result driven and must be able to work under pressure to meet sales objectives and KPIs.
Possess strong leadership qualities to manage and lead a dedicated Sales Team to achieve targeted sales goals and maximize business opportunities.
