Responsibilities:
Work with Outsource Department to plan out short term and long term plan.
Responsible to train, plan out improvement and necessary advise to coach and train team leads to ensure meet the required standards.
Sensetives and able to co-ordinate and plan out necessary training and projects to to fullfill customer's requirement & expectation.
Monitor, improve and maintain service quality levels to maximize customer’s satisfaction.
Involved in outsource project management, staff management etc.
Pick up new technical knowledge fast and provide neccessary advise/consultant to other's department.

Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of hands-on technical experiences and follow up with another 1-2 years of working experience in business development function/training job related.
Must come with programming background.
Demonstrated success in organizational and people development.
Demonstrated experience in project handling OR Team Lead.
Excellent in decision making, problem analysis, negotiation, communication and written skills.
Good customer service skills is a MUST.
Fast Learning Skill.
Required skill(s): Consultancy.
Mandatory Language(s): English and Chinese
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in IT & Computer Science related areas.
Must be willing to base in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
Required Traveling.
