Requirements:
• Possess minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing / Hospitality or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in a managerial position of an established 4 or 5 Star Hotel.
• Established business network and accounts with the corporate sector and government agencies.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess strong leadership qualities to manage and lead a dedicated Sales Team to achieve targeted sales goals and maximize business opportunities.
• Able to develop sales and marketing strategies in order to further strengthen existing market capitalisation and to develop new sales and marketing plans to venture and capture new markets.
• Willing to travel local and outstation.
 
This position shall be on a fixed term contract. Further extension of service shall be based on the overall performance of the candidate and / or any other mutually agreed terms and conditions.
An attractive remuneration package including an end-of-contract gratuity payment shall be offered to the successful candidate.
