Responsibilities:
To call customer for payment default via Computer Assistance Collection System (CACS) and auto Dialer (Melita)
To take ownerships of customer call by ensuring inquiries are answered, request and transactions are carried out.
To solve problem effectively based on empowerment and tools available.
To handle a portfolio of customers to ensure payments are made according to credit terms and to meet target set by the credit control department.
To make follow up calls to customers for outstanding amounts due to the company.
Ability to collect payments from customers.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
The ability to work with people of diverse background.
Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru Town.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
