Responsibilities:
Report directly to Customer Service Manager/Sales Admin Supervisor
Answer and handle customer inquiries, complaints and provide support to customers.
To give priority to customers inquiries and complaints.
Responsible for setting realistic customer expectations, and meeting or exceeding these expectations.
Work closely with other departments to drive resolutions, and improve internal processes.
Prepare quotation to meet deadlines as requested by the sales department and the customers.
Requirements:
SPM/Higher qualification
Conversant in English & Mandarin
Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Preferably with 2-3 years work experience in related field.
