Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Managing Director
Develop an effective marketing plan in line with company goals.
Develop, get internal approval then implement and adapt plans in line with corporate strategic product objectives.
Communicate effectively within the organization to ensure the motivation and alignment of sales force and other key people and the achievement of product objectives.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers to support current and future product objectives.
Develop and provide and continuously update knowledge and therapy, product and market.
Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly.
Monitor and control sales performance of the respective division, ensures meeting of the sales target towards the company and the principals.
Plan to maximize existing brand performance and brand/market preparation for pre-launch products.
Develop marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs, and further improve sales growth.
Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action to meet business objectives.
Liaise with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brand.
Manage of Marketing & Sales budgets for brand & effective inventory forecast planning.
Create and deliver operational plans appropriate to life cycle of brand to optimize return for the company.
Ensure delivery of sales targets & market share results.
Develop customer insights by understanding market dynamics.
Support and build team to achieve team goals & strengthening customer relationship.
Conduct field force training on product & marketing strategies i.e. new recruits & existing team.
Conduct Video Show/Product training to customers to gain brand loyalty.
Act as brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers and agencies.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years experience as in a Sales/Brand/Product Surpervisory or Managerial level, with a good track record of achievements gained in leading brand & market share and sales.
Candidate with tertiary degree in Science, Marketing or Business.
Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
Creativity and the capability of dealing with complex tasks and strong analytical skills while not losing focus of the key business drivers.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive with good business understanding, including key performance and success indicators, and customer focus.
A team player, yet possessing leadership qualities to lead projects and programs across various functions
Posses own transport
An attractive basic salary + travelling allowance + commission will be offered to the successful candidates
