Responsibilities:
To develop, enhance, localise and implement the processes and standard operating procedures.
To develop, enhance, localise and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
To identify, develop and manage training solutions.
Responsible to conduct training for staff.
Provide document training programmes and maintain reference material as well as online applications.
Undertake skills gap analysis and work closely with internal department and identify training needs of staff
To develop and implement programmes
Encourage, monitor and report on eService use and develop plans to address anomalies. Manage eService feedback.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
Preferably Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
Ability to do strategic planning for Training
Strong communication, interpersonal & Presentation skills
Strong project and process management skills
Team work and strong service sense
Effective coaching skills, process development skills, consulting skills.
Thorough facilitation, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
