Responsibilities:
To ensure all the team members follow Health, Safety and Environmental rules and guidelines
To be the ‘Hands On’ leader of a small team focused on the maximisation of output and minimisation of waste
To actively contribute to ‘continuous improvement’ activities including 5S and lean manufacturing activities to improve quality
To keep accurate production records and reports
To communicate effectively with all departments within the business
 
Requirements:
To have experience of polymer compounding and preferable engineering compounds
To have the leadership, organisational and analytical skills to work independently and lead a team
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
