Responsibilities:

To administer the Company’s quality program to continually improve quality level of products and services to achieve total customer satisfaction

To establish and implement quality plans and procedures to achieve required level of product quality, reliability and safety

Manage product quality assurance and supplier quality engineering

Support product development and engineering change activities which include product testing and evaluations of all engineering and process changes

Responsible for effective customer complaint and its corrective actions

To input design for all QA findings at customer rejection for continuous improvement

To coordinate new model start up

Responsible for ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 14001 systems as Management Representative

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

Must have at least 5 years’ managerial working experience in a similar capacity

Hands on experience in the application of various quality control tools and knowledge in having set up In-Process procedures in a PCB assembly environment is a must

Capable on ensuring that ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 systems are regularly audited internally and meets with the surveillance audit requirements

Must possess strong interpersonal & leadership skills & ability to communicate effectively with supporting groups & other departments
