Responsibilities:
Provides the support in Accounting, Administrative and Human Resources matters
Processing claims, check and verify the validity of staff claims
Assist in the preparation of financial and other ad hoc reports
Perform general administrative duties such as bank-in cheques, filing, controlling and maintaining of documents
To assist in HR / office administration tasks and payroll
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Others or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, Microsoft Office Application
Working experience in handling full set of account and knowledge of accounting system & software willbe added advantage
