Perform various financial, operational, and compliance reviews to improve standards of reporting, productivity, and effectiveness Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, review of control documentation, and required testing Assist with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) requirements, review of control documentation, and required testing. Assist in the design, development, implementation and monitoring of Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) procedures.

Team Participation Contribute as pivotal team member of both the Internal Audit and Financial functions Interact with both financial and operational management personnel throughout the company Participate in global initiatives designed to improve Corporate Audit processes and procedures Create effective partnerships through coordination within the global organization

MIS Executive

Responsibilities:
• To support, maintain and provide continuous improvement for servers/ notebooks, networks (LAN/ WAN, VPN , Routers, Firewall, Switches), all servers operating system, security devices & applications, and other IT Equipment
• To ensure proper inventory and documentation are maintained for server and network, leased line/ SHDSL and budgeting
• To assist in supporting ERP system

Requirements:
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• CCNA, CCNP and MCSE certification
• Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity
• Hands-on experience in LAN/ WAN and Mobile/ Desktop devices, networking voice/ data, VPN, etc
• Hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting Servers (HP/ IBM/ Compaq/ Dell), LAN/ WAN equipments including Cisco and routers, switches, wireless access point, firewalls, gate defender and load balancer
• Hands-on experience in Trend Micro Anti Virus and Norton Anti Virus solution
• Familiar with Windows 2003 / 2000 / NT 4, Novell , Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office
• Possess good communication skills and able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin
